Ways To Pay For College

Now I know this is a very hot topic at this time of year for both University students and the parents / guardians of said University students.

How the heck are you going to come up with £10,000 to cover the cost of your tuition over the next few years?

I’ll give you a few ideas on that in a minute but first of all, I want to state that I am no authority on the topic of should I go to Uni or not?

Personally, when I left school in the early 90’s, the only thing that appealed to me was getting out to work. I had two bog standard GCSE C Grades to my name and not much else.

I hated the thought of going to college too, and thankfully because my parents didn’t push me into it, I was able to go out and join the workforce, the only problem was that I had absolutely no idea what it was I wanted to do.

At that time I was 5” 2” at a stretch, almost 16 (but looked 12) and with zero confidence. I looked for a job in my local area and in London, the nearest city to where I lived and it took me three whole months pre internet to find an entry level job.

I went into the Business Travel Industry, and worked my up from an Office Junior to a Senior Business Travel Consultant, yet I didn’t enjoy the industry or the job at all, even though I stayed in it until my first redundancy 17 years later.

Anyway, that’s my work history covered, so let’s get to the point about how you can get some cash together so that you don’t come out of University in a few years time with graduation certificates in one hand and a 20K debt in the other. By the way 20k was a number I plucked from the sky, I have no idea how much debt you will come out with.

You may be surprised to read this but there are actually over 150 Universities in the UK, which includes England, Scotland and Wales. Personally I thought it was FAR less than that.

It’s long been known that when these student graduate after three years with their various Degrees, they come out with huge debts around their necks. During the 90’s when my generation were in Uni, they came out with around £30k of debt and with no guarantee of walking into a job.

During the course of my research into this topic, I’m now lead to believe that figure has increased to £50,000 according to thisismoney.co.uk

Cost of Attending

In an effort to provide students with the very best start in life, their studies are being subsidised by their parents, though this is definitely not the best solution as it can easily put parents into financial debt too.

Tuition fees have peaked at a limit of £9,000 per year which brings the total to £27,000

We then have to consider the cost of accommodation which could be in excess of £10,000 as well as the cost of food.

The Student Loans Company offers the cheapest borrowing arrangements with its Tuition Fee Loan and Maintenance Loan.

Full-time and part-time students who start their course in September this year will not begin paying back their student loan until April 2018 at the earliest – and even then, it is only once you are earning at least £21,000 a year.

If your income falls below £21,000 a year, repayments stop.

How many of these students will still be saddled with this debt in 10 or even 20 years?

Did you know there is genuine way of earning as much as you like, obviously depending on how much time you can invest in this on a daily basis. I say daily because if the opportunities I am about to present to you are definitely NOT “Get Rich Quick Schemes”

So, Now We Get To The Good Stuff

I have spent quite some time working out efficient and lucrative opportunities for earning an online income which eventually I want to become a full time income.

The good news is that I’ve found three opportunities which are all LEGIT.

The bad news is that not all of these are available globally.

On the homepage of this site you’ll see 3 programmes across the top

  1. My No1 Recommendation (Wealthy Affiliate)
  2. Karatbars
  3. Matched Betting

Wealthy Affiliate is available in every country around the world BUT there’s a number of countries which are unable to participate in the FREE programme.

It is a business education platform designed to teach you how to build a successful online business from scratch with no experience.

As of June 2015 (verified with Kyle Co-owner Wealthy Affiliate)

  1. Bangladesh
  2. Egypt
  3. India
  4. Kenya
  5. Nigeria
  6. Pakistan
  7. Philippines
  8. Vietnam

This ruling is not WA’s influence but due to money laundering activities that make them high risk countries.

Anyone from these countries can join Wealthy Affiliate but will be charged the monthly premium of $49.

Karatbars

This opportunity is available in 120 countries and free to open an account as either a customer or a business partner.

Packaged start from just €120 for a Bronze Supervisor and is a one time purchase only.

From that cost you can create a £$€ 1 million business within 5 years and if you wish I can give you proof of this.

Matched Betting

Very important to note, this is NOT betting. There is NO risk. This is only available in the UK and Ireland and will cost about £45 to start and you can earn about £30,000 TAX FREE at a bare minimum. This will take you about 18 months to achieve this, providing you utilise every offer.

As long as you follow the instructions EXACTLY to the click, you CANNOT lose.

My Final Thoughts

These businesses can easily be developed in your spare time because over the course of three years of study, if you can carve out just a few hours of focused work, then you will be surprised how much you can earn.

So, now it’s your turn to make a decision….
